Great location close to public transport to visit nearby attractions. Easy to park. The room was very clean and comfortable. The best aspect was the friendly and helpful owner who made us feel welcome.
The walls were too thin, we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. , the breakfast was basic, consisting of only packaged biscuits and pastries.

We could hear everything from upstairs guests to traffic outside, which made it difficult to sleep.

The lack of soundproofing can be an issue, as noise from other guests can disturb sleep.
